Recipe Notes
- Always take Fresh fully ripped bananas. If you take an unripe one, it will destroy the taste of puree, and the baby will not like it.
- I have used 1 pinch of cinnamon spice because its taste is not dense and well suited to baby taste.
- You can use other spices like nutmeg, cumin, and thyme. But only 1 pinch is required of any using spice.
- I used 2-3 tbsp. of milk, you can make this puree with simple water in the same amount.
- As bananas and apples are sweet in nature, I have not used sugar because I want to introduce this puree naturally to the baby. But you can add if your baby likes it.
Storing and preservation:
Refrigeration:
Take freezing plates and add an even amount of puree to each. Tap them to remove all air pockets. Freeze for 24 hours.
Advantage:
You can defrost according to the baby’s requirements. May add again 2 to 3 tbsp of milk for making the right consistency.
For longer Time preservation:
For longer time preservation purposes we just need to put all our baby puree in a container that must be airtight with some drops of lime juice inside. By using this method we can store them for almost 3 months.

You really make it appear so easy along with your presentation however I find this topic to be really something that I believe I’d by no means understand. It sort of feels too complicated and extremely vast for me. I am having a look ahead for your subsequent put up, I will try to get the hang of it!
Thank you for the sensible critique. Me and my neighbor were just preparing to do some research about this. We got a grab a book from our area library but I think I learned more from this post. I am very glad to see such great info being shared freely out there.
