Although all kinds of apples are good and sweet I prefer to use golden delicious because of its unique taste, Most importantly it contains potent antioxidants and important carotenoids. In addition, they are remarkable sources of minerals like zinc, and iron. For growing babies, iron plays a significant role.

Step by Step instructions
- Washing: Take a deep bowl. Add apples Wash and rinse them carefully.
- Peeling: The second step is peeling Apples. You can also use a fruit peeler to make your task more comfortable to do.
- Core the apples:
All the apples should be core-free. Use a knife tip to remove the inner seed area carefully.
- Cooking: Cooking may be done in two steps. Steaming and Boiling
- Let’s discuss the Steaming method
Steaming Method of Making Apple Puree
After peeling the apple cut it into small pieces. Then take a steam basket and put the pieces inside for steam. Wait until they become tender. It will take 15 minutes almost. Timing depends on the number of apples that you are steaming. Then smash them by using a fork or blend in a blender for desired consistency.
- Boiling Process
Chop the apples into small pieces. A pan having a base thick required that be deep enough. Add water to it. Let them boil for almost 15 minutes. When they become soft. Tender them with a fork. - Blending
After the apple becomes delicate and tenderized, use a blender for fine puree results by adding spice. - Preservation
- Fridge/ Refrigerator
You can store this apple puree in an airproof compartment in the ice chest for 4 days.

Notes
- My favorite apple kind for puree-making is Golden Delicious. I always use this. But you may use another type also like mentioned above.
- I love the cinnamon flavor so I often it in purees but it’s quite optional.
- Yes! Its consistency depends on your choice. If you want to try thick textured then just mash boiled apple slices with a fork.
