- Serve in combination with peach puree. If already you have made peach puree a day before then add 2-3 tbsp to elevate the texture and taste.
- Add 1-2 tbsp of honey instead of sugar. It will help to soften the carrots and they become more delicate to eat.
Required Ingredients
- Carrots
Carrots are the main ingredients in the recipe along with rice. Always pick up the more fresh reddish color carrots that are free from bruises, cuts, and any fungal attack. Peel it off properly.
- Rice
I have chosen basmati rice. This kind is a fully nutritious one. Though you can also use other kinds of rice I recommend using basmati rice. If you are choosing older rice then soaking time will be comparatively low as compared to new one.
- Corn Oil
I have used corn oil 1-2 tbsp just to add smoothness and softness to the carrots.
- Coconut powder
I added coconut powder to change the puree taste and try to give it a new flavor.
- Cinnamon spice
1 pinch of cinnamon spice is used to reduce the dense flavor of carrots with rice. When I tried that spice results turned out perfect!!
How to make carrot and rice puree
- Rinsing
